Cortina StaticQR Authorization

Holds funds for a transaction where the final amount isn't known yet. Nayax calls this endpoint to validate the customer's account and temporarily reserve funds (pre-authorization) before the actual usage is calculated. It must be followed later by a settlement or cancellation.
